Had a hybrid system installed in 2022. We have been very happy. We were paying for a large propane tank to fill two, three times a year. One year the company wouldn't even answer the phone, much less send a delivery. Never again. We also have plenty of humidity in the winter now because the system doesn't have to run so hot. Worth every penny and it gets more efficient over time — just another plus.
