Our most popular method. Neat, clean, and best-in-class thermal transfer β pipes sit in direct contact with virgin-native soils. Our patent-pending low-impact drilling deploys on almost any property, even under an acre, with minimal disruption to mature trees, driveways, or underground obstructions.

The most common installation process for smaller properties. A series of holes are drilled 150β200 feet deep, then piping is fed down and connected in a loop pattern, threaded into the home and attached to the heat pump unit.

Engineering Overview β Sub-surface loop field integration
We remove and dispose of your existing system, provide drilling, tie-in, pumps, the geothermal heat pump, electrical, ducting, thermostat, flush, fill and calibrate in about two and a half weeks. The heat pump itself is about the size of a conventional furnace, very quiet, and lasts twice as long.
The old furnace and air conditioner are removed and the new unit is installed the same day for temporary heat if winter, attached to existing ductwork. Includes new duct transition fittings, flow center and pumps, condensate lines, pad, auxiliary heat module, thermostatic controls, and a flush with calibration.

Calibration

Geothermal Energy simply uses the earth as a heat exchanger to provide heating and cooling for your home year round. Depending on the location, the underground temperature remains between 50ΒΊF β 55ΒΊF.
The earth serves as a heat exchanger to pre-warm or pre-cool refrigeration. In heating mode, liquid refrigeration reaches temperatures near 135 degrees F and travels through a coil in the ductwork, producing discharge air at or above 100 degrees F. In cooling mode, the system reverses, removing heat and humidity from inside the home and depositing it underground.
