Geothermal Professionals Solar System

We finished commissioning the solar-plus-storage system on our own shop, and it's the same architecture we recommend to customers who want both bill offset and real backup power.

The core is a Sol-Ark hybrid inverter tied to a Fortress lithium battery bank. Sol-Ark's hybrid design lets us run the shop off the array during the day, charge the battery from any excess, and seamlessly ride through grid outages without noticing.

Fortress batteries were chosen for their build quality, cycle life, and modular expandability — we can add capacity in the future without swapping the core system.

Running the system in-house gives us direct, day-to-day insight into how modern solar-plus-storage behaves through Ohio's full range of weather — the same conditions our customers' systems have to handle.
