Manual N block load, envelope review, ground thermal conductivity testing, water table verification, and integration analysis with your BAS and existing plant.

Loop Field Design
Vertical borefield, horizontal, or hybrid — engineered against 25-year rejection/extraction balance, drilled by our own NGWA-licensed crews on our own rigs.

In-House Installation
Fusion-welded HDPE, licensed electrical, mechanical piping, heat pumps, and controls — all installed by badged Geothermal Professionals employees.

Commissioning & Handover
Full point-to-point verification, TAB coordination, performance benchmarking, and O&M training for your facilities team. Documentation your owner and lender will actually accept.
30% Commercial
Investment Tax Credit
Commercial geothermal systems qualify for a 30% federal Investment Tax Credit under Section 48 of the IRC, with additional bonus adders available for energy communities and domestic content. We help facility owners structure projects to maximize the credit and stack it with utility rebates and MACRS depreciation.
